You must have signed up and verified your email ID prior to logging in. Once activated, you will be able to use your email address and password to log in to your account.

Login to your account, click on your name on the navigation bar and select ‘Profile Details’. Once redirected to your profile, click on ‘Change my password’ button.

TICKET is just like a virtual movie ticket that gives access to watch a movie just once. Once the movie is watched, the TICKET auto destroys and is no longer available.

The TICKET will be valid only for 7 days from the date of purchase. It will be automatically destroyed after 48 hours after the first playback has started.

No, TICKET once bought cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You can watch the movie any number of times in the 48-hour period after starting the movie.

If you have used payment gateway on the Ally, contact us immediately. If you have made the payment on our ticketing partner’s website, please contact their customer care.

If the payment was not successful and the amount has been debited in your account, it will be auto refunded from the payment gateway provider in a few days. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The content on Ally is provided by our partners. If it is not available, then they might not have provided it to us.

Our contract with the associated partners might have ended. In that case, we would have removed the content from the platform.

You can stream movies on a Web browser. (In near future: you will be able to watch movies on Android, iOS and Smart TV too!)
